I started Bob's Home Inspection, LLC to do what I love, protecting people from others mistakes or neglect in residential construction. We live in an age of Do-It-Yourself and not everyone does it correctly, uses the correct materials, or get building permits when needed. I have even inspected home where contractors have failed to preform upgrades completely. Home inspections are designed to have a complete inspection including everything from the way the water drains in the yard, crawlspaces to the roof, inside and outside. I take between 100-200 photos during an inspection and it can take between three hours or longer depending on the size of the property and home. More time is then spent review and writing reports.

Throughout his youth, he gained hands-on experience in general residential construction, building a practical foundation that informs every inspection he preforms today. An Eagle Scout with a commitment to service, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. This background in healthcare administration underscores his meticulous attention to detail and his dedication to public safety and well-being. Bob is a highly qualified professional, maintaining Florida licenses as a 215 Life, Health & Annuity agent and a 620 All Lines Adjuster. His Diverse Expertise is further strengthened by his seasonal work as an independent residential field adjuster and his role as a Medicare broker. Deeply rooted in his community, Bob actively volunteers at the local Bishop's Storehouse food pantry and supports Brooks Rehabilitation's Adaptive Sports programs. His personal and professional life are guided by the values of honesty and integrity.
